I suggest building larger and more complicated builds. Try to go more 'out of the box'. Minecraft doesn't follow the laws of gravity, so try to do something with that. Putting more detail in your works helps too

these are just some building pics from castle not finished yet still llot of building, landscaping, lumberjacking and desighning to go. im mostly doing this myself with a little help froom filtershark with problem trees(if you count building treetop bridges and frotresses as helping that is). anyway hope youn like so far should be finished in a while here are the pics.

after getting the greif fixed i worked on the castle more then went rage and destroyed the tree fort after letting filtershark give his goodbyes. then i took the liberty to take down all the trees myself.
