The content on your channel appears mixed. Some of it is licensed publicly under CC BY 3.0, which makes it free for commercial works, but some of it you appear to have gotten written permission for, such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DN5bUAcNGAc . Without a youtube creator getting their own written permission for commercial use of that work, they probably do not have license to use it (unless I am missing something).
