Resistance 3 is a single and multi-player (co-op and versus), 3D ready first person shooter.
In VS mode the on-screen-display menu colors reflect the team you are playing on.
Still fighting the alien scourge who are typically venurable to headshots / shots that damage their life-sustaining equipment
It is very easy to die if you do not keep track of your health and stay under cover
The enemies seem to forget about you as soon as you leave their line of sight
The 3d gameplay was very smoothe and highly effective at immering the player in the game (The models really popped and the backround seemsed to fall away around you)
*The crosshair in 3d mode did seem a bit wonky and our 3D gameplay tester reported slight visual discomfort after playing for around half an hour
There are twelve (12) different weapons available in the game
The 3rd Resistance game pulls it's influences from the 1st game
10% of humans are left, being after being taken over the aliens and mainly survive in colonies living deep underground
The doctor from Resistance 1 is the brains behind the oporations of the humans
The main goal of the game is to get from Mississippi to New York City to take down some sort of power structure that is crucial to the alien's stronghold on the human race.
