1 in 100 = probability of two players rolling the same number from a range of 1 to 100
1 in 10,000 = probability of two players rolling a specified number from a range of 1 to 100
1 in 10,000 = probability of three players rolling the same number from a range of 1 to 100
1 in 1,000,000 = probability of three players rolling a specified number from a range of 1 to 100

1 in 1,000 = probability of two players rolling a specified number (in the same attempt) from a range of 1 to 100 with 10 attempts.

Spoiler: Example

The specified number is 96.

1st attempt: 16 & 96 = fail
2nd attempt: 96 & 35 = fail (the first number in 2nd attempt matches the second number in 1st attempt but this does not count since numbers were not drawn in the same attempt)
3rd attempt: 96 & 96 = win
