I had someone come into the small mine area. remove the sign there, and take the smelter, crafting table, and chest which contained quite a few things. I believe it was burpingcat, as I logged on just as he was leaving the room, and this even immediately proceeded my telling him to leave the mine beforehand.

If someone could take a look, I would appreciate it. In-game name is Terghan.
