Kerrigans character design is incredible. She holds no sense of justice or morality for her actions, and acknowledges that she acts purely out of revenge, not claiming to be self righteous or acting for the greater good (I'm looking at you Arcturus Mengsk) in any way. Her transformation from the newly infestation cleansed Terran to the Self Stylized "Queen of Blades" was interesting as well. The ending itself left a lot to be desired but held no qualms with me, if only for the fact that it was presented in a manner that left it easier for the developers to continue work on the story in "The Legacy of the Void" and not provide the sense of closure one would expect from the end off a story which will hopefully be presented in the next expansion.

Hopefully Blizzard keep their work standards as high as they were in Heart of the Swarm contrasting the controversy and shoddy job done on Diablo III.
