first of all you need to be active,trusted and known you need to help out other people and try to be friendly to the people in the community like the forums and minecraft classic and one thing you need to use is Mumble this would help you get engineer+ people in the game if you need but mumble isn't just minecraft they play alot of people if your 18+ you can talk and if your not you can only type,
