I was banned!! Please help!

I was banned just now because I was destroying blocks that was not mine but they were placed on my building. How is that griefing? I was destroying blocks that griefers put on my work!!! Please un-ban me! ;(
 
You were auto-banned by the system - meaning you deleted a large chunk of blocks on one of the grief traps - in this particular case, a US Flag. Any particular reason we should believe you won't do the same again?
