#1 Launch is suspended and will no longer host servers untill the owner of this site desides to launch it again. #2 If it was running, It would be used to play on the server only. Not admin it.So if you want to run a server and be the admin you will have to make you're own somewhere else.

Google how to make a server of the game in question. Find out how to port forward you're router and you can be the admin of said game. After that, Tell you're friends of that server to join it. If you want this website to link you're server here, You will have to make a post to this sites owner and hope he says Yes Good luck Does this answer you're question???
