Listen to your fav song. take big and deep breaths. open up a online stopwatch. do not look at the time once u start it. when you feel like you need to breath asap, breath in and check your time.

I'm not a jock-jock, the football player type (I'm five-foot-one), but I'm one of those really agile people, helps with my parkour and fencing.
