I'm new to Mumble... help please

How do i get moved around to a lobby with more people?
Also, I know I can't talk because I'm too young, but would this limit me from being in a lobby with people who do talk? (I would send text messages while there, I guess)

double click the lobby you want to go to, minor inconvenience is where you can talk if you are underage.
