Increase cookie timeout?

Is there a way to increase the cookie timeout on the team9000 site? I check the site frequently when i play, but it seems to me that the cookie time out is really short (just a few hours). I know i can cookie edit, but i dont think Woot would be very happy with that considering he probably set the cookie timer himself. Is there another way to do it? or maybe he can change it altogether? </high hopes>
