No I've been on there just an hour ago.

It's some trouble with the URL and stuff, you have to keep trying to find the correct one.

[edit:] So, the issue has been diagnosed, but has not been fixed yet. Wooty says that minecraft.net is having an issue detecting the server's IP-- therefore resulting in the erroneous connectivity.
