Is this a good deal?

I would like professional (Lol jk) advice on this PC, I'm looking at it as a Christmas gift, and I don't know how long the sale will last. So I was just wondering if this PC was a good deal for the parts inside, RAM is low but I can add some at anytime, really just looking for a second opinion, anyone who has experience with Ibuypower would be greatly helpful.

inb4 people tell me to build my own, obviously I weighed that as an option.

Well I don't really have the know-how or much of a budget to build my own PC, so any suggestions?
My max is really about 500, not looking for anything amazing, just something to play around with until I get a better budget for an upgrade.

I would suggest you not waste money on an underpowered PC and regret later when you have more money but can't afford a better PC. Save up perhaps another couple hundred and maybe get this?
