I've got banned again

I've got banned again and again for no reason, it says: You are permanently banned - penis~BanAll, And i had never built a penis on this server. I was taking a screenshot of a bridge that i have just built:

and then I was disconnected. I really like this server because there's very few griefers and everybody wants to help me when i build something. But I dont like to get banned with no reason. So please unban me (sorry if i made some mistakes writing, im romanian and english is not my first language)
