Here's my honest feedback.

It has a nice gradual lead in complemented with a delicious beat, followed by some funkalicious overtones.

However, I would recommend adjusting the levels of the beats both at 0.16-0.17 and 0.23-0.24, as they are too distinctive from the main beat. (ie. My ears were bleeding, but not in good way)
