It is a small island right off the spawn point.
My Town name is Palanthus, and I have 2510 Credits.

At this point i only have enough for the initial plot, I plan on buying the 3 other plots to complete the island at a later time.

It'd probably best to directly message Wooty as he is the only one that can assign plots within the premium zone. That say, follow the link that Patch posted to create your town so that plots can thusly be assigned once Sonic is able to apply the plots.

Initial town: 500
Buy-in for blue zone: 2000
Each plot in blue zone: 500
Total credits required for 1 plot in blue zone: 3000
