I've tried, doesn't work. I even had kagato try to set the fire flag to allow, but it didn't override the global flag.
In the event that WorldGuard breaks (which isn't too infrequently), we have the fire tick disabled server-wide to prevent mass fire hysteria.

It's not really supposed to override the global flag, but it was worth a shot.

Wasn't your request for this to allow greater ability to obtain saplings? Less time waiting or something?
If anything, increasing the rate of jungle sapling spawns would be nice.

Pretty much. I can down the forest of size of chunk and when i get back, leaves are still in air. Its not really i am going to wait for them to go down for another few server days.
