Need an explanation, if there is a thread or wiki can someone direct me.

Edit: Its ok, just a glitch.
 
I don't. I think it means that you/your ip has been banned on another server with mcbans and is trying to appeal it. (Don't take my word, just a guess)

I've never been to another server, I am not banned. I log in and it appears at top of chat.

Everyone is getting it, and wooty even said that it is a glitch w/ McBans. Don't worry about it.
