Attention Mayor of Elm Creek
As the interest in Elm Creek development has increased I would like to build a Hotel/Casino, or if the land is enough even a Theme Park for the area. Let me know if my commercial investments are what Elm Creek is looking for.
I have enclosed my last project. Hotel Juco stands on the shores of cool29. Next to the statue of liberty. My Elevator design is something to be looked at, as instead of a tube of water, it actually looks like an elevator.
