Mumble9000 doesn't connect me to Team9000

Opening mumble takes me to the blank screen shown below. I've tried repairing and re-installing mumble and to no avail, the same problem arises. This probably isn't the latest build so if I could be provided a link, that would be great. Any help would also be appreciated.
