Nether City?

Just a suggestion... A few people were talking about wanting glowstone... which reminded me, I was thinking that this server should get a Nether city of some kind (preferably w/o mobs.) So that this way we could come up with some cool ideas for a unique city... AND have the ability of getting Glowstone, Netherrack, and Soul Sand. I know that we just got EP open a couple weeks ago, and EC is underway, so we wouldn't have to open this any time soon. So just give this some thought... also if anyone has any ideas for what we could do with this city if we ever make it, post them here, I'd like to hear some thoughts.
 
we could do it in a gothic horror style architecture, with all those spikes and darkwood and redstone torches instead of normal ones.
