(NEW) World Creation Project.

Update time

At the moment the only thing i've done is a Another Cliffside along with a ruined hallway through a ravin/chasm, To get the best effect from the whole thing you set the map to Rainy/Stormy(stormy is best if you want a kind of Scary looking way :D ), Night and having brightness to Moody together with these mods: Shaders, Dynamic light and MAtmos.

Am trying to give it a scary feeling when its night and a special feeling I have when i see old Buildings with full sun. its a very special feeling i can not describe.

Anyway my plans for this part is making a giant mountain as a scenary with a monestary kind of looking build together with a Jungle on the other side, but that will take both Time and Skills and i only got Time...

Anyway If theres anything else you could give please give me them, and i see what i can do with it.

But for now i will work with this mountain plan as i said. now so do i need ideas about the other side of the whole thing the part with the Stone Tooth Beach

and the rest there as you know i Think of having a crash site or so but i wonder how i could make it. its easy to find a Place but not how to make it.. hmm

Oh and P.s Use a realistic texture aswell, i will try to find one that fits the theme AND the way am thinking.

Anyway Enjoy Todays Update! :p

Update

I shouldent update i Think but i have a feeling people are forgeting the work so i will update for now and see.

This is what i have made so far on the mountain part and the temple/monestary ruin thing.

The Mountain pass have i named RedThorn Pass
and yes am planning on make atleast 1 mountain that might go to the Clouds and from now on i will most likely use MCedit if i need to fill such a giantic space, since it take so long time to fill it for hand.

And please post more ideas if you have any or thoughts about the map at all please share

Madcart you'll have to use a file upload service for this... BUT here's your instructions/information you wanted to know. For windows:

Start > Computer > C: > Users > (your username) > AppData > Roaming > .minecraft > saves > (Name of World)

For example for me it looks like this... C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\Skele_Zed Spawn
I changed the username for safety...

Also if you're tech savy, which most people using mods in MC are at least to an extent. In windows, you can open up windows explorer, and at the top (where you see the path address) type in %appdata% it'll take you directly to where you need to find the .minecraft folder. If you need any help let me know.

Ok i have again started working on this project after a time now. So now actually i've done some big changes. The mountain is now higher up aswell being alot bigger, and i've connected quite a few caves together, in this Maaassive new cliff side aswell taking my time making a lake with waterfall and big caves inside the mountain.

Yes, i use MCedit instead of using my hands and cover up a ca.300x200x500 block area.

Since you've caved to using MCEdit instead of doing it all by hand, you might want to look into VoxelSniper. rsmv can attest to how powerful it is.

I've heard of Voxelsniper but am not sure if i whould try to learn it.. I do all the terraforming by hand, so i use MCedit as a filling option, pretty much.

You'll want to kill yourself when you realize things done by hand In 20min can be done in 5 seconds in voxel. Hell get me on there I could get what ya need done in 30 min probably.

To see is to believe, I haven't seen it yet.

(Reaches into bag of arguments)
Well... Crap.

I can agree. that if you do time consuming projects, Voxelsniper is a better choice but not sure if i will ever get around testing it since am bad with computers as a whole. and that includs programs, keeping things to update, tools and etc.

(I only see diffrence in the last 4 pictures, what takes most of my time in this project is the thinking process.)
