nibs admin abuse

the map was surf_yoshi_b1.. it was a hard map and no one could beat, so when nibs joins, he rockets everyone. I was on the last level.... I tell him to stop and i screamed at him, and then he chickens everyone. then like 10 seconds later he changes the map.

He changes it to surf_water-run. He sets everyone on fire when he joins, and i tell him i will report him. He saids don't, and rockets everyone. Then turns everyone into a chicken.

these people were all in the server and can definitely vouch for me
 
god dammmmmmmmmmmmmmm i cant surf now cause my admin ran out and this ***** is just ****ing around with everyone

and he keeps kicking me for cussing -.-
 
this has been taken care of. if he gets pissy about losing his admin, kick/ban him as applicable.
