Obsolete Kiyomi Outpost needs Deleting

To the SMP Admins,

Due to the Nether being shut down, the residents of the town of Kiyomi find no futher use in one of our outposts near spawn. It is our request that an admin remove towny from the plot formerly known as our outpost in order to free up the land more. We also request an 800 credit reimbursement to Kiyomi's bank.

I would think an outpost near spawn would be a good thing to have now, because you could use it for transportation to spawn using a rail tunnel.
But, I don't know anything about your town, you might have a different outpost for that.

Bothan has a point, spawn land is extremely valuable because of how close it is.
