IT's older than that, and the use of the phrase "Party Hard Kid" was a typo in my post. Party hard originated from Andrew W.K.'s song "Party Hard" There was a time when certain image boards would go into "Party Hard" mode, which was characterized by psychadelic GIF's, and the blaring of loud music.
