For my first project as cool rank, I built a cross-section of an Olympic class liner. Members of the Olympic class are the Titanic, Olympic, and Britannic. I've been keeping track of time spent on this project, and currently have at least 25-30 hours invested into it. 
This one has full interior, excepting no furniture in all areas except the mess halls. I built this in Cool41, which today was locked to builder+, so I was unable to finish up the engine area and furnish any of the passenger and crew rooms.
The Class sections are color- coded:
Sand denotes First Class area.
Dark Gray (called black ingame I believe) is Second Class.
White is Third Class.
Gray is crew areas.
Also, I did two cargo holds in white, so these aren't Third Class Areas.
