Petetion to have LoL mumble room

There has been a recent upgrowth of Leauge of Legends players EVERYWHERE and in T9k also. We would like to have a peaceful match now and then but people always join the room and start talking about other stuff, including things from minecraft, to music, to Brony stuff and mic spam (<--u know who u are )
Basically us LoL players would like a room just for lol because it can really throw a team off when this happens. Any thought in this would be appreciated.

Individual game rooms do not work. We've tested them before, several times, and they have exactly the same issue.

If someone joins your room and starts talking about something else, tell them to leave. If they won't, tell one of us.

You can't move while playing a fullscreen game.

Unless you play it in windowed fullscreen, and yes you can. I have done it with Sc2 it just takes forever to load back up again after you minimize it I know and see your point.
