Its called Prelude of the Chambered. It's a dungeon based adventure game where you solve puzzles while defeating bosses in attempts to collect all the keys.

Well, I beat the golden ghost, but I only had 11 trinkets!
The game is epic for being made in two hours.

There's also a blog that Jetmike posted about this game, this is kinda unnecessary.

Lol, you missed a trinket, I still couldn't find the last one! I would try to get all of them, but the yellow ghost cheats hardcore.
