Can I give up my eagle pass permit for a guaranteed elm creek permit? I just don't see anywhere I really want to build my permanent home. Oxytown in a ghost town and no one is ever there. Eagle Pass is really spread out but really dictated at the same time. Hopefully elm creek will be a little more liberal on where, what, and how big you can build. Also I would like to get in on the development of Elm Creek since I couldn't help with eagle pass.
