Does anyone know a good way to record a 2 way video chat? I tried using Skype and I couldn't get both screens to be equal size.

Fraps is souly for video games and certain programs. Camtasia would be his best bet.

They are both nice but I'm mainly look for a way to record both webcams in a 2 way video chat at a good resolution.

If you have some money there are some decent video broadcasting programs like XSplit in which you can record multiple capture sources from your webcam or screen. Using it you may be able to capture one stream from the video call in skype and then using the program put that webcam on one side and then your own webcam directly on the other. All capture areas are resizable so you should have no problem getting the resolutions right. Best of all the program might still be in its free beta stage, though I haven't checked in a while.
