Request for new Mayor of Teddybearz

I was co-owning a town with Noob_da_Jarrod but he seemingly left and hadn't said anything about returning.
I was wondering if I could be given the title of Mayor then, for Teddybearz.

Hello, the town of "Midgard" was run by myself and friend, Noob_da_Jarrod, but he seemingly left and hasn't been on for a couple of months now.
We' both shared the town and I believe I had privileges right under that of Mayor, but not Mayor itself.
I don't believe he's comming back ever, and if so, not any time soon.
So I was wondering if I could be given the town of Teddybearz. And be titled its mayor.
