scared and underwater...

I just logged on and I was underwater and losing health even though I have full breath. Before I logged off I was in Number_Js minecart station. I cant log back on incase I die and I have expensive items.:facepalm: help me please....
 
Lol, that's happened to me before, I didn't log on for days until I got the courage to get back on, then I was fine!
