Skylands Glitch

I fell out of the world in the Skylands, but when I click respawn, I start falling to the water, then instantly teleport into the void. This now happens every time I click respawn, and I can't get out of the loop.
It is also creating spam as the only way I can talk ingame is by clicking respawn, typing a my sentence in about 2 seconds, before I die.
How can I fix this?

As noted in this T9K bug report, /killme sometimes works if you can type it quick enough before you die again.

Screw typing, the new update allows for copy and paste into chat. Type it on a word document, copy it, respawn and press ctrl+V and enter.

But yes, that should fix the issue

I've already tried /killme several times. It didn't work.

To be honest I just jumped off the skylands to get home
