This is for classic.
What I know is that the hole what he/she means = a big hole under the cool world.
The user who made this hole want to give people permit if they build in a style(example: only cobble and wood).
However I don't like this way but he made this hole with other builders.
It is the hole of who built them.
It is so confusing because I can not find any rule about this so I can nothing do.
