Thanks for showing people how the theme looks like, but you forgot the max height and size of buildings, and to include glass. Besides, it not called Tower Bay anymore, becuase the tower is gone. It is now called Los Angeloxy.
Other important people in the neighbourhood would be: GreenEarth, (Recource Minister, if I remember correctly) and Enkara (Emperor). Though I have seen none of these people, (including ThaProfessor) online after the rollback.
