Unreal Tournament, also known as Unreal tournament 99 or simply Ut99 to distinct it from other Unreal Tournament games, was one of the great great grandfathers of first person shooters. It felt so fast and energetic that it won the GOTY award during its time and had millions of people who said that it defies the word awesome. In fact, it defies the word awesome so much that even after 13 YEARS people still play in servers swarming with people.....
I'll admit it, I AM AN UNREAL TOURANEMNT FREAK! You just HAVE to play this game online, it just feels so amazing. It is extremely easy to mod, and people are making tons of mods to date! Can you believe it has been released in 1999?! It won't be difficult to find a server nowadays due to the growing community of this game. The site that glorifies the game is http://www.ut99.org/ and well.... http://www.utchat.com/ well.... Many other sites glorify the game. XD
Since the game is really, really old, the company that made this game (Epic games) doesn't hold copyright on it anymore and can be legally downloaded for free....... I think.....
