Webpage Banner Suggestion

What I think about MLP banners on Team9000 as of right now:

I didn't mind them at first, but now it seems a little excessive. I mean, we've had around 6 banner changes in the span of two or so weeks (I'm not sure if I'm right, but its close).

woot could we try putting our photo-shopped/gimped hands torward making banners? and then you can maybe use them if they are awesome enough?
 
I am surprised there has not been a Killing Floor banner. Also, why hasn't there been a Battlefield 3 banner?
