Bagel Sandwich. I put mayo turkey and swiss cheese on a toasted bagel. Usually I use cream cheese, but all my creamy cream cheese went bad. I randomly substituted with mayo and it's delicious.

Average lunch for me in the summer: Salami turkey and roast beef sandwich with lettuce and cheese.

Lean cold cut meat (except for salami) and tastes great.
