I was playing NHL 11 and in the middle of my game I got kicked out and disconnected from xbox live and was sad, but then when I reconnected it said there was an update and I knew it was the new Dashboard so I got excited.


Looks pretty sleek. Not massively different from the old one, but I think it looks better. Plus my favourite part about it is Netflix is finally available to Canadian xbox owners. Now if only I could afford it.

Also avatars changed slightly. They are a little taller now it seems. Not a whole lot different.
 
I just tried it out - Hate the new sound effects. meh \_(o_o)_/

I'll get used to it.
 
Its seems slower then the old one. Opening the guide, and friends list take forever for me now. Didnt notice the new sounds till you pointed them out, they do sound terrible.
 
yeah everyone is saying its faster, but i think its a little slower, too.
the sounds suck pretty much all ass and its waaaayyy to bright! my eyes get killed every time i open the guide.. wtf?!

they should listen to all the complains and make it totallay customizable. the hole deal.
