Only rule is that the tune has to be made by the game devs.

You know how Indy games or racing games make their own music or get someone within their company influence to make music for them.
EDIT: what I meant was; music that's been made specifically for that game.

I'm pretty partial to Jesper Kyd's work in the AC games, as well as anything composed by Yoko Shimomura for KH.

Skyrim easily has a great soundtrack that was made specifically for the game. Same with Red Dead Redemption.
