I think it's time to have a freebuild.. Perhaps even alternate between planned and freebuild when new worlds are created so that everyone gets the experience they like..

Not if the streets are mapped out first. It would be cool to have a densely populated city like that. EP seems so spread out and all the decent real estate was taken right away.
