Internet Access Problem.

So 2 days ago I finally got my internet back. Sort of at least. They sent me a fail Modem/router.

From what I was able to find online, this Modem has problems with Windows 7 and Macs. Basically what happens is, I can browse the internet, but the Internet connection says: "No internet Access" and has the triangle ! sign.

Disable/Enable doesn't work. And the worst par of this is that mumble/origin don't want to log in either. So here again, I am able to do anything within Chrome, Firefox, be that play Browser games, download porn stuff, what ever, that works. As soon as I start mumble, everything stops working, can't even browse.

Mumble and Origin think my PC isnt connected to the internet, just because this Modem they sent is fail.

Oh, and Steam works fine.

Going to buy a non ISP provided Modem, and apparently they are the only ISP in my country that have Annex A modems (googles Annex A). I called the ISP Customer Support, First they tell me to shut of Router for 10 mins. next call, 20 minutes, 3rd call 30 minutes, 4th call 1 hour, I am like are you trying to screw with me?

So until I buy new Modem on monday, is there any way to get Mumble working? I mean, I have a connection, 4mbps (Hooray!) And apparently Origin has no way around it. Oh well no BF3.

Cheers,
Ante

Have you checked your settings? Auto IP, DNS? Your running Windows 7, did you run a repair? Do you have DHCP enabled?

Plan on getting new modem monday =x Been without internet for like months, can't bare it anymore.

Lol 4mbps is like the min, Im hapy had 250 kbps last week for 2 months lol

Yes I saw a Linksys

48 Megabites Per sec is my min....

Good luck with your router problems and teach those pesky customer support operators a lesson.
