Ah, so I'm not going crazy. That's good to know. The new font seems too... skinny, I guess? It seems like I have to squint sometimes to focus on it.
Then again, that may be because I'm so used to the old font that I have trouble adjusting, so my opinion may be a bit biased. Input from someone who has never seen the site (show them screenshots of the page before and after, ask which is better) would be more useful than my opinion, I think.

Just the date stamp...could be my work PC being 'tarded. I can double check when Iget home. I'm pretty sure it doesn't show the timestamp, however.
Do you have javascript turned off? Date stamps are only what it shows if it can't calculate the time differences locally.

Why not? It would be more uniform and better looking to just line them up.
Fixed. Turns out IE8 doesn't support a very common javascript call, and it was breaking our new JS loader. In unrelated news, we no longer support IE7.
