And it's up, kickstarter-style! An all new race will be added to the game if this raises $500.000!

For anyone who doesn't know what starbound is, think of it as terraria clone, but much bigger, being set in space, and with a lot more randomly generated content, such as weapons, monsters, etc.. I could link you to some boring text, but this roadmap showing all the development progress is way more fun to look at!

Anyone else as excited for this game as I am? I will be buying a 4-pack, giving away 2 copies to some of my friends, so I might do a little giveaway of the last copy, so keep your eye out for that.

I heard about starbound wayyy before starforge, It's been in the making since before the last terraria patch, which is quite a while ago. The projects probably started around the same time
 
I know the guy who works on the lore for this game.
He's a freelance writer, and a guy who goes to pony meetups.

Probably gonna get it.

He just makes the lore, the history of the land and worlds really. So probably writing about what those bird thingy's are, and writing about the history of those aliens.

And probably not, knowing him.
