MONOCULUS! is an achievement hat. This means:

1: You can't trade it.
2: Most everyone has it.
3: It's worthless.
4: It can only be worn during Halloween (which is once a year) or during a Full Moon (which is once a fortnight).

Sure, get 2.55 ref and we'll talk.
And to clarify, that's 2 refined metals + 1 reclaimed metal + 2 scrap metals,
And a refined metal = 3 reclaimed metals,
And one reclaimed metal = 3 scrap metals,
And one scrap metal = two weapons.

Keys are 2.55 ref.

Roughly translated into a more understandable form, they are 2 refined, 1 reclaimed, and 2 scrap total.

.11 = One scrap = Two normal weapons
.33 = One Reclaimed = 3 scrap
1 = One refined = 3 rec

Achievement hats like the Gibus, MONOCULUS!, Pyrovision Goggles, Mercenary, Seal Mask, etc., are not tradeable. People are not interested in them. They cannot be crafted, and they are not worth the wrap that is needed to ship them.

For the most part, weapons are also valueless, and levels mean nothing either, so don't bother trying to sell something like "a Level 5 Jarate".

Also note that if you're Free To Play (F2P) you can't trade at all (unless you were given items for free. Items you have received in a trade can be traded.)
F2P players should avoid this thread.
If you are F2P, invest in the almighty sum of $0.99 and buy yourself an MvM ticket, and rid yourself of douchebaggery!

Ask your parents if they can put $5 into your steam wallet. IF they say no, bargain with them until you find something they'll agree to. Go to the Mann Co. Store, buy anything you can afford, ????, profit.
