I'm pretty sure I could own with Magikarp's Final Smash: Splash. I have yet to find someone who can stand up to the Splash attack. Mostly because they fall over laughing.

One can only hope they improve the metagame 10 fold. Regular Brawl was so unbalanced so I switched to Brawl+, and now I'm a completely epic Ness/Lucario player for real!

I modded my Wii awhile back, here's the link if you want it:

Your going to have to mod your Wii (If you haven't already) and make sure you read the installation instructions properly.
Its really awesome and balances the whole game, along with battle mechanics similar to Melee.

You should also check out Project M, I don't know how that will turn out, it seems to break the game, but that's just my opinion.

P.S. Modding your Wii voids the warranty, be careful!
