I plan on using this same design for a house in Zone 11, although if i am accepted, i will try to make it look better, and acually make sure the entrance is in the middle

I think I'd like to be part of this now, I haven't build many buildings but can copy from a photo of the style you want easily, I am working on a Avro Vulcan atm so won't be able to start building in the zone if I'm accepted until about next wednesday.

If I need more photos to prove my skills just reply and I'll build something.

I have built 2 McDonalds on guest. I have made a forum post that showed them. I hope these pics of them will be enough to allow me to build on Zone11. If not than I'm gonna have to work on something Architectural Significant like a chapel or something.

Oh and here's the dimensions for my McDonalds.

22 blocks long.
16 blocks wide.
5 blocks tall.

I remember MinerJuco telling me that each floor of your build has to be 5 blocks tall to be considered a "story" and to be accepted. So my McDonalds qualifies for the height requirements.

Please bear with us as we are consulting about a new way for the Applications to be reviewed. It is not fair on you guys if one (very fickle) man decides who is good enough or not.

The Department that will be taking over the Quality Control of the city is the Resource Management Department.

House: I modeled this after a more modern yet classical brick design, typically a dream house, except I got brainfarts in the middle of building,

as you can see, the top room was meant to have a more bedroom feel. I just decided that a hot tub was more fun, and also the lava showing on both ends makes it look decent.

Church: I got this Idea after watching yet another the world is going to end documentary on Hist chan. I just went with the flow and did the best I could. I messed up on the roof causing one side to be longer than the other, but it adds flavor.
