ok. ive noticed this recently. but all the noobs seem to see. oh i dont have permit in ep or ec and minetopia is gay so im gonna make my own city and then they flood chat with stuff about it. im behind anything not nooby so i pick t9001
 
Most of S9k1 has permit to even Oxytown. And we even have homes in some of the cities outside of outland, like Oxytown, EP... We just like exploring =P
