Scout: Rainbow Dash
Pyro: Pinkie Pie
Engineer: Applejack
Sniper: Twilight Sparkle
Spy: Rarity
Medic: Fluttershy

Because that's all of the Mane 6, It gets a lot harder for the remaining three:
Soldier: Spike [I don't have any objections to this]
Demoman: Zecora [This is really the only other suitable one, so I guess...]
Heavy: Derpy Hooves/Big Mac [I personally like Derpy] [Big Mac is the one used for the PF2 Mod]

So really, I don't have any objections, other than "Derpy anyone?".
 
Challenge Completed! I managed to watch every single episode of My Little Pony in the span of 24 hours (20 hours to be exact). I did it all without any sleep, alcohol, total break time of more than a hour, and I didn't even skip watching the intro theme song or credits (which I don't mind anyway). It was very nice to be able to enjoy all the episodes again, and I even caught some things I had never noticed. It wasn't easy, but luckily I had this thread to give me strength and keep me going. Now I am off to sleep. Wake me up when season three is out, and I'll do all three seasons in 24 hours. :D Thanks everyone.
